How This Works

Document Appraisal: We will first take a look at your document so that we can properly manage your expectations. Go to the bottom part of this page for the Document Appraisal form.

Receive an Email from Us: Upon submission of the Document Appraisal form, we will send you an email within 24 hours. This includes quotations for pricing and questions for clarification, if necessary. 

Proofreading Begins: Once we have reached an agreement, we'll start proofreading your document. We may need to email you from time to time if we have questions.

Submission of Proofread Document: When ready, we will submit the proofread document back via email.

Check and correct grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors 

Check for consistency of term usage

Fix formatting and/or typesetting issues

Check and adhere to a specific style guide depending on your document type (our default is the Chicago Manual of Style)
